Warm nights reduced acid levels and led to an early harvest. The grapes were hand harvested from high density planted vines on a small triangular, north facing slope on our Brookby Hill Vineyard. 30% whole bunch, wild fermentation occurred in open top fermenters. The wine was then pressed off into seasoned French oak barrels and aged for 11 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
