Pristine and delicately aromatic, the bouquet presents notes of cranberry, lemon peel, crunchy apple, and white floral, with a hint of oatmeal. It’s brilliantly focused and finely flowing in the mouth, offering excellent fruit purity backed by finely pitched acidity, with a persistent and linear
finish. At its best: now to 2028.

Vibrant and expressive aromas with pink grapefruit, sherbetty red berries, floral violet and hibiscus. A juicy palate of crunchy red berries, pomegranate, rose petals and peach, carried by a saline savoury twist. Fresh, floral and charming. This one’s always a winner, drink it young – in the sun.

Elegant and fabulously expressed, the bouquet shows Gala apple, lemon peel and white floral aromas with a hint of pomegranate. The palate displays excellent focus and concentration, wonderfully framed by beautifully pitched acidity, finishing superbly long and refined. At its best: now to 2027.

This Isle of Beauty Rose never disappoint, beautifully and intensely aromatic, flaunting crisp and flirty red fruit on a dusty and silky palate, lending a long thirst-quenching finish.
Winemaking
Treated as a white wine in the cellar, this rosé was pressed off skins early and fermented cold in stainless steel to accentuate fruit purity. The wine was then aged on light yeast lees for two months to gain complexity and increase mouthfeel.
