Our enormous 6 litre methuselah take rosé to the next level! These are truly hand crafted – each methuselah is hand filled, hand corked, hand waxed, and hand labelled. They come complete in a branded wooden box. Savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

Notes

Treated as a white wine in the cellar, this rosé was pressed off skins early and fermented cold in stainless steel to accentuate fruit purity. The wine was then aged on light yeast lees for two months to gain complexity and increase mouthfeel.
